The Awarding Ceremonies and Event took place last February 2009 at Hotel Intercontinental Manila in Makati City. We were pleased to be as treated as VIP by Alveo Land Corp and Ayala Land executives and top brass have attended  this event.

Community Innovation, Inc. was renamed ALVEO LAND CORP and was recently relaunched last July 2008 in order for the public to know the new concepts and trends on what Ayala Land Inc. can offer with the latest in residential and commercial developments around the country.

Alveo Land Corp will offering the mid-cost to lower high-end classes of real estate developments ranging from houses and lot, residential condominiums and townhouses in Metro Manila, Laguna and Pampanga.
