People nowadays are wired almost 24 hours / 7 days with average of two hours or more to their devices or gadgets specifically on their phones or tabs watching Youtube videos or movies on Netflix. It has become a norm nowadays with less personal interaction with people relying mostly on their messaging apps. However, illegal access of personal by hackers or other criminal elements with technical knowledge in information technology have been a trend in recent times using cyber attack with malicious software (malware) threatening your digital information and other particulars.

An overview of Republic Act 9646: The Philippine Real Estate Act of 2009 which was approved and signed by former president and now Congresswoman Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo last June 29, 2009. It was inevitable to have this law after 20 plus years of legislation by congress and lobbied by professional real estate organization to protect the real estate industry from malpractice, fraud and illegal activities that have plagued investing public and real estate professionals.

On our recently concluded meeting with the Broker Coordinator and staff of The Hauslands Corp. on Mansfields Residences located along Fil-Am Friendship Highway, Santo Domingo, Angeles City has an upcoming development at its Phase 6. Delivering again one of its best selling projects up to date.

The new site development map for phase 6 was finalized after months of technical readjustment by the design and engineering departments.
