The current designs (Green Series) for the La Aldea Fernandina 2 here in City of San Fernando, Pampanga was launched in 2018 coinciding with the opening of this new subdivision. It has a lot of differences compared with the latter.
The Blue Series has more modern contemporary design compared to the Green Series. It has more aesthetic appeal in its looks and vibe compared with its predecessor. The second floor will be a loft type structure. The newly launched homes will have provision for a one parking garage for a unit owners' vehicle to utilize as seen on the floor plans below and is almost similar to the first phase located at La Aldea Fernandina in 2011.
The different amenities areas of La Aldea Fernandina 2 where completed in 2019. These includes the clubhouse, subdivision gate and the guard house. In its pre-development stage and concept, La Aldea Fernandina II will have a saleable units of 1,108 of townhomes which will create a ambient community and neighborhood who wish to be in a different setting in the comforts of city living.

Comparing with the two, The inner units of the Blue Series will have provision for one parking areas for unit owners to use compared with the Green Series and the La Aldea Fernandina I which only has provision for end unit owners located in corner lots.
