What's Up: An Exclusive Look Inside New Clark City.

Last 19th February 2019, we were given the privilege to have a tour inside New Clark City. New Clark City or NCC is  9,450 hectares of carefully masterplanned urban mixed use development located in Capas, Tarlac. It is almost a similar development with Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig City. Let’s see more video of this development located above.

In our site tour, Phase 1A where the site of the 30th Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) will be completed by 31st of August 2019. The Phase 1A where the main buildings of the National Government Administrative Center (NGAC) will be located. It will primarily house a number of government agencies namely Department of Justice - National Bureau of Investigation (DOJ-NBI) which is originally located in Ermita, Manila, The Office of Civil Defense / National Risk Reduction and Disaster Management Council (OCD/NRRDMC) located in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City. 

New Clark City's Phase 1A houses the Athlete's Village inside this development. It has a warm up track, 20,000-seat stadium, a world class aquatic center for water sports related events. It will also include extension facilities of University of the Philippines - Philippine General Hospital's polyclinic inside this government facilities.

After the end of the 30th SEA Games the development of Phase 1B which will house the business / commercial center will commence with Filinvest Land Incorporated as its partner in the development of the residential areas in this new part of Clark Freeport. 

The expected total development of this expansion will end till year 2065.
