Urbes Orientem: The Rise of Township Development in Pampanga

Pampanga has become one of the strongest province in terms of infrastructure development in the mid-2000s during the term of then President and now Congressman Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo. The province has become a potential powerhouse in growth second to Metro Manila and the first in Central Luzon. The province of Pampanga is in the “W” growth corridor of northern Philippines in which Clark Freeport Zone’s growth, development and expansion has a become a game changer. 2. Alviera Estates is 1,125 hectare is an integrated mixed used commercial and residentialdevelopment by Ayala Land, Inc along with its subsidiaries real estate companies namely Ayala Land Premiere, Alveo Land Corp and Avida Land Corp. Alviera Estates is envisioned to be the growth center of Central Luzon, which will have commercial district, business and industrial park, university zones, retail centers, a country club, recreational areas, and residential neighborhoods. Alviera Estates will have two universities namely Holy Angel University and Miriam College that will soon rise including  BPO-IT center and Cyber Park, retails shopping center and many more.

3. Clark Sun Valley Resort is a 203 hectare recreational, entertainment, business and residential development inside Clark Freeport Zone in Mabalacat City, Pampanga. This development consists of 36-hole golf courses, 500 pool villas by managed by Clark Sun Valley Country Club, a water park, Singapore School Clark and 5 star Hilton Clark Hotel and Casino managed by Hilton Hotels and Resorts. Donggwang Clark Corporation, a South Korean – Filipino company have also developed the Monterrace Lake,  are a high-end condominium with its unique living experience defined by sophistication within this resort. It comprises of five tower each has 15 floors in this residential development inside Clark Freeport Zone.

4. The Lakeshore Estates just beside Beverly Place Estate is a 140 hectare prime development located also in the town of Mexico, Pampanga.  It has an enchanting 12-hectare man-made lake as its main feature, The Lakeshore offers a beautiful and serene ambience complimented with recreational and commercial facilities for the whole family to enjoy. The Lakeshore features a wide variety of water sports facilities such as non-motorized boating, kayaking and sailing. A white water jet fountain shooting up to 18 meteres high will serve as a landmark and act as a filtering and aeration device. An island resort in the lake shall even enhance the splendor of this haven. Lakeshore has future development for a business park and the recently inked deal with Century Properties Inc. on the development of Revolution Flavourscapes in this estates which promises to build 14,000 homes according to a recent news report. 5. Beverly Place Estates is the first residential, business, leisure & golf course community in Pampanga. It has a total of 260 hectares development for housing and 64 hectares developed for a 18-hole golf course were fully designed by one of the legendary golfers in history, Gary Player. Currently, only the front 9 is open for visiting golfers, while the back 9 still remains under construction. Beverly Place Estates is relatively close to major shoppings like SM City Pampanga and Robinsons Starmills. Just a few minutes away to NLEx- San Fernando Exit, downtown San Fernando and 30 minutes to Clark Freeport Zone and Diosdado Macapagal International Airport (Clark).
